Terms of service
Last updated: June 2026
1. Acceptance
By subscribing to Playium or creating a trial account, you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. The service provider is Limbo SLU (Tax ID L718107N), with registered office at Ctra de la Rabassa, Edifici Terres de Cibós, B, 1, 1. Sant Julià de Lòria AD600, Andorra.
2. What the service includes
Playium is a multitenant SaaS platform for indoor play center management. The scope of each plan (Starter, Standard, Pro and variants per venue type) is described on the pricing page and in the signed contract. Modular add-ons are subscribed separately and billed alongside the base plan.
3. Service activation and delivery
Playium is a digital service with automatic activation. Once the first installment is confirmed through Paddle (our Merchant of Record), you will receive within 5 minutes an email with credentials to access the panel from any browser — no installation required. There is no physical shipment or carrier involved: delivery is electronic and instantaneous. If for any reason you don't receive your access, email hola@limbo.ad and we'll resolve it within 24 business hours.
4. Free trial and subscription
All subscriptions started through the Playium landing include a 14-day free trial. No charge is made during the trial period. We ask for your payment details on signup so the subscription activates automatically at the end of the trial. Paddle emails you before the first charge; if you decide not to continue, you can cancel with one click before that point at no cost. Once the paid subscription is active, you can cancel anytime from the panel — see the Cancellation and Refund Policy for the details.
5. Payments
Billing is monthly or yearly, as selected. Payments are processed through Paddle.com Market Limited (United Kingdom, Company No. 8172165), which acts as our Merchant of Record: Paddle is the official seller to the customer, issues the invoice, handles the charge and is responsible for the collection and remittance of VAT, IGI or equivalent taxes based on your country of residence. Your bank statement will show 'PADDLE.COM' as the descriptor. Prices shown are exclusive of tax; the applicable tax is calculated and added at checkout. In case of non-payment, Paddle retries the charge automatically; after retries we may suspend the service with a 7-day prior notice.
6. Data ownership
The data you input or that's generated through your use of the service (families, sessions, transactions) is yours. We process it on your behalf as a data processor. You can export it in standard format (CSV/JSON) at any time from the panel and, on cancellation, we provide a final export before deletion.
7. Availability and offline operation
We aim for 99.5% monthly availability. Playium includes offline operation at the front desk: if your connection drops, the desk keeps charging and syncs when the network returns. We don't guarantee immediate sync if offline data conflicts with remote changes made during the outage — in that case the panel flags the conflict for manual resolution.
8. Limitation of liability
Playium is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or data loss arising from the use of the service beyond what applicable law requires. Maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the customer in the 12 months preceding the event that gives rise to the claim.
9. Paddle as Merchant of Record
The service is sold through Paddle.com Market Limited (United Kingdom) acting as Merchant of Record. By completing checkout you also accept Paddle's terms, available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Disputes, chargebacks and refunds related to the transaction are handled through Paddle in accordance with their refund policy (paddle.com/legal/refund-policy).
10. Changes
We may modify these terms with 30 calendar days' notice, communicated by email to the address associated with the account. If you disagree with the changes, you can cancel before they take effect.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Principality of Andorra. Disputes are submitted to the courts of Sant Julià de Lòria (Andorra). Consumers residing in the European Union retain the mandatory rights granted by the regulations of their country of habitual residence.
