Who processes your data
Playium is a service operated by Limbo SLU (Tax ID NRT L718107N), acting as data processor on behalf of each venue (play centre, soft-play or events venue), which is the data controller for its customers' data. Here's how to request the deletion of your personal data.
1. If you are a family or a venue's customer
• From the family app you can delete your account; doing so erases your data and that of the associated children. • You can also ask the venue where you registered directly (it is the controller of your data). • Or write to hola@limbo.ad and we'll forward your request to the relevant venue.
2. WhatsApp data
If you messaged a venue's WhatsApp and were attended by its automated assistant, you can request the deletion of your number and message content: • By writing to hola@limbo.ad stating the phone number and the venue. • Or by asking the venue directly.
3. If you are a venue subscribed to Playium
When you cancel your subscription we provide a final export of your data and delete it. For early deletion, write to hola@limbo.ad from the email associated with the account.
4. Timeline and scope
We handle requests within a maximum of 30 calendar days. Deletion covers identifiable personal data (name, contact, messages, children's profiles). We may retain certain data for the periods required by legal, accounting or tax obligations, or in anonymized form for statistics.
