What Playium stores in your browser, what for and for how long, which third-party tools are loaded and how to manage your consent.

1. What they are and where they apply
A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser. This policy also covers the similar technologies we use: local storage (localStorage), session storage (sessionStorage, cleared when you close the tab), the browser database (IndexedDB) and the application cache.
It applies to all of playium.es: the public website, the venues' dashboard, the family app and the public calendar. As they all share the same domain, your cookie choice applies to all of them in that browser.
2. How to manage your consent
The first time you visit, a banner appears with three options of the same size and at the same level: Accept all, Reject all or Customize (you choose category by category). Technical storage does not need consent; analytics and marketing only load if you accept them. We store your choice in your browser and respect it until you change it; if we add categories or tools that need it, we ask you again.
To change it, use the preferences button below the title of this page. If you withdraw marketing consent, the Meta Pixel stops sending data and we delete its _fbp and _fbc cookies. If you withdraw analytics consent, those tools are not loaded again; if they were already loaded in a tab, they stop when you reload it, and cookies already stored by Microsoft Clarity are not deleted automatically: you can delete them from your browser (section 7).
3. Technical (always active)
They are essential for the service to work or remember something you asked for. They are not used for measurement or advertising.

Fonts, including those a venue chooses for its branding, are served by Playium: they are not downloaded from Google Fonts or any other third party.
4. Analytics (only with your consent)
They help us understand how Playium is used and fix errors. They load on the public website, the dashboard, the family app and the public calendar, only if you accept "Analytics". They are not used for advertising or combined with marketing data.

The Sentry replay only works in the dashboard, the family app and the public calendar. In addition, Sentry always records technical errors, without storing anything in your browser: see the Privacy policy.
5. Marketing (only with your consent)
The Meta Pixel measures and attributes Playium's advertising campaigns. It only loads on Playium's public website and on the sign-up confirmation page, never in the venues' dashboard, the family app or the public calendar.

6. Third parties when paying or connecting services
These pages and tools belong to third parties and set their own cookies under their own policies; they are needed for what you asked to do:
• Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record: when you subscribe to or renew Playium you go to its payment page, which uses its own security and fraud-prevention cookies. More information at dodopayments.com/legal/privacy-policy. • Stripe or PayPal: when you pay a venue from its app or its public calendar, the payment is completed on the page of the payment gateway that venue has contracted. • Meta: in the dashboard, only when connecting a WhatsApp Business number, the Facebook SDK is loaded, which may set its own cookies and log the use of that connection.
7. How to delete them from your browser
Every browser lets you delete a site's cookies and data. The instructions are in each browser's help (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). If you delete the data of playium.es, your sessions will end, any offline operations not yet sent will be lost and we will ask for your consent again.
8. Changes to this policy
If we add categories or tools that need your consent, we will update this policy and ask for your consent again, as we did when we added the Meta Pixel. We do not use cookies or other storage not described here.
