What people ask before they pay
Is it cheaper to pay for the year?
Yes: you pay eleven months instead of twelve, so one is free. And you can switch from monthly to yearly whenever you like.
Is the price I see the price I pay?
Prices are exclusive of tax. We ask for your tax ID at signup: with a valid EU VAT number the invoice is issued without VAT under the reverse charge, and you pay exactly the advertised price. If your tax ID cannot be validated, your country's VAT is added at payment.
Any setup fee, minimum term or exit penalty?
None of the three. We don't charge to set you up or configure anything, and if you cancel you keep getting in until the period you already paid for runs out.
How do the 14 days free work?
Pick your plan, create your account and start right away. Nothing is charged today: the first charge comes after 14 days, and you can cancel anytime before it ends at no cost.
What if I outgrow my plan, or overshoot it?
Moving up a plan or switching on a module is something you do from your panel and it applies immediately, paying only the proportional part. Moving down or switching a module off is also up to you: the change is scheduled and applies at the end of the period you already paid for, so you keep everything until then. If you're still on the trial, changes wait until it ends so your first charge isn't brought forward.
What happens if the card fails one month?
It's retried over the following weeks and we email you, but you keep getting in meanwhile. We only cut access if it still can't be charged after every attempt, and with seven days' notice.
Who invoices me?
Dodo Payments, the official seller, which handles the taxes for your country. It reaches you by email as soon as each payment clears.
I have several venues — is it worth it?
Each venue carries its own subscription. If you have a few and want to see them together, let's talk: for chains we set up the central panel and the app under your brand, and the price scales with the number of venues.
