In compliance with article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI), and article 6 of Andorran Law 20/2014, of 16 October, regulating electronic contracting and operators carrying on their economic activity in a digital space, the owner of Playium and of this site is:

Playium is a cloud service for managing indoor play centres, kids clubs and venues with a play area. This notice applies to playium.es: the public website, where the service is presented and subscribed to, and the pages Playium serves for each venue (its dashboard, its family app and its public calendar).

What each venue publishes in its app and calendar (activities, prices, rules, its own legal notice and its privacy notice) is the responsibility of that venue, which is the one providing the service to its families.

Playium is subscribed to exclusively by businesses and professionals, under the Terms of service. Prices are published on the pricing page, excluding tax.

To subscribe: you choose the plan, fill in the venue's details and tax ID, tick the boxes accepting the legal texts (unticked by default) and complete payment on the page of Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. Before paying you can review and correct the form data, and the payment gateway shows the amount before you confirm it. At the end, the confirmation page gives you access to the dashboard.

Playium records which version of each text you accepted and when. The versions in force, with their date, are on the Legal texts page; if you need the one you accepted, ask for it at hola@limbo.ad. The texts are published in Spanish, Catalan and English; in case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

The content of this site (texts, photographs, graphics, 3D images, iconography, software, design and source code) and the Playium brand belong to Limbo SLU or to third parties who have authorised their use. They may not be reproduced, distributed, publicly communicated or transformed without prior written authorisation, except as permitted by law.

Access to the public website is free of charge. Users undertake to use it diligently and lawfully, not for unlawful purposes or against the rights of third parties, and without trying to damage the site or bypass its security. Limbo SLU may deny access to anyone who breaches these conditions.

We work to keep the site running and the information up to date, but we are not liable for damage arising from improper use of the site, from interruptions or technical failures beyond our reasonable control, or from errors not attributable to us.

The site links to third-party pages (for example, the Dodo Payments payment page or those of the providers we cite in our policies). Those pages are governed by their own terms, and Limbo SLU is not responsible for their content.

This legal notice is governed by the laws of the Principality of Andorra. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Andorra la Vella (Andorra), without prejudice to the mandatory rights that applicable law grants to users of the site.
